Your Workout
When
should you workout?
Choosing a time of day to workout is a matter of personal preference.
Completing your workout during the AM hours will offer a sense of
relief and satisfaction throughout the day, as well as providing
you with an increased level of energy and stamina. Since exercise
naturally engages the metabolism, a consistent regimen will leave
you feeling less fatigued, help you process thoughts more clearly
and give you an overall feeling of well-being! Although the time
you choose to schedule your workout is completely up to you, do
note that it is very important to keep that time consistent on the
days you choose to exercise. The reason being, is that the body
operates like a clock, and when that clock is thrown off, you loose
your ability to effectively achieve maximum performance.
How
often should you workout?
3-5 Solid workouts per week will be effective in developing a more
desirable physique. Those who are extremely dedicated can workout
up to 6 times per week, but it is essential to take at least 1 day
a week off to allow the body to recuperate. The Abdominal Muscles
are the only muscles in the body that you can exercise everyday
of the week. Ab Muscles recuperate 24hrs a day; while you sleep
